Meg Kearney at DePaul and Guild Complex Events for April

Presenters of Enlightenment Through Spoken Word (POETS), the DePaul student poetry club, has invited poet Meg Kearney to read on Lincoln Park Campus next week. Kearney will read from 6 to 7 pm in Munroe Hall 115/116 on Wednesday April 11th.

The reading will be followed by a question and answer session and light refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to all DePaul students.

The Guild Literary Complex has released their schedule of events for April. We’ve already posted about the Teaching Artist Series Premiere with a University Student Showcase which will feature two DePaul MAWP students. Other upcoming events include:

  • Palabra Pura “Lives Between Love and Darkness”: Wednesday, April 18th at 7:30-9:00 pm at La Bruquena restaurant 2726 W Division, Chicago
  • Third Annual Benefit “Illuminate”: Tuesday, May 8th, RSVP deadline April 13th, at 6:30-9:00 pm at the DePaul Art Museum 935 W Fullerton, Chicago
