The Colorism Healing Writing Contest is now open for submissions! Colorism Healing is an international initiative that uses creative writing and community literacy to address the issue of colorism. The submission period for the 2020 CHWC is Saturday, February 1 – Sunday, March 15. All are eligible and welcome to submit original poems, essays, or stories that are relevant to the topic of colorism. Visit their website for more information. Calling writers and audio producers: Missouri Review‘s 13th Annual Miller Audio Competition is underway!   $4000 in prizes will be awarded to audio projects in the categories of Poetry, Prose, Audio Documentary, and Humor.
