The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is searching for a part-time Writing Specialist. Position summary: The Chicago campus is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Writing Specialist to provide evening and weekend writing support to students enrolled in predominantly master’s and doctoral programs. In collaboration with faculty, the Writing Specialist will help develop group and individual learning opportunities to assist students in honing their academic and professional writing skills. The Creative Writing Fellowship awards two $7,500 Luminarts Fellowships for excellence in creative writing in the categories of prose and poetry, in fiction and nonfiction. Applicants submit a two-page written piece (either a stand-alone piece or an excerpt of a larger piece such as a novel or short story). Entries are submitted and reviewed by an initial panel of jurors. Chicago Shakespeare Theater is currently seeking applicants for part- or full-time internships during the summer of 2019.
