Post, a queer run, independent literary journal featuring works by queer artists and writers, is currently accepting poetry! In honor of poetry month (upcoming in April), Post is seeking poetry focused on queer identity, relationships, experiences, and politics. TellUs, the literary magazine of the Collaborative for Multilingual Writing and Research (CMWR) within the University Center for Writing-based Learning, is now open for submissions through May 1st! In the past, CMWR has published the works of multilingual and multicultural writers/artists in Global Voices, an online magazine. The Colorism Healing Writing Contest is now open for submissions! Colorism Healing is an international initiative that uses creative writing and community literacy to address the issue of colorism. The submission period for the 2020 CHWC is Saturday, February 1 – Sunday, March 15. The Under Review is now open for submissions until May 1st! The Under Review is an online literary journal committed to publishing literary fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction with a sports slant, nod, backdrop, or undercurrent. Calling writers and audio producers: Missouri Review‘s 13th Annual Miller Audio Competition is underway! $4000 in prizes will be awarded to audio projects in the categories of Poetry, Prose, Audio Documentary, and Humor. More than slick production, Missouri Review is looking for good, exciting, and compelling writing in all four categories. The 67th edition of the Great River Review is now open for submissions of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. Submissions may be entered at GRR.submittable.com and are completely free of charge. The Great River Review is currently the longest running literary journal in Minnesota. It is currently in its 67th year, and is hosted by the University of Minnesota.
