Candidates are required to have at least a BA and need to make a six month, 30 hour/week commitment. Chicago Women in Publishing (CWIP) will be hosting three upcoming educational and networking events. The first is an educational program exploring career opportunities in the marketing communication field. The M.A. in English and M.A. in Writing and Publishing programs are offering Partial Tuition Scholarships (PTS) to recognize the outstanding academic achievement of students in the English department’s two graduate programs. Partial Tuition Scholarships provide a partial reimbursement for tuition paid for 2017 spring graduate courses in English taken toward the MAE and MAWP degrees.

DePaul students are currently eligible and being offered an internship opportunity at Chicago City Colleges. The internship is a great opportunity to work with an excellent instructor who specializes in technology and writing. The class is a hybrid face-to-face and on-line class. It will meet for three hours once a week, and the rest of the work is on-line. The instructor is experienced and knowledgeable; working with her would be an education in on-line teaching.
