In Writing Groups, writers of all backgrounds share their work, giving and receiving feedback. Writing Groups are also a great environment to set aside an hour and half of your busy schedule to sit down and just do some writing. Facilitated by an UCWbL Writing Group Leader, this collaborative experience allows participants to share and discuss their writing with each other. In so doing, Writing Group members improve their practices as writers. Anyone can form a Writing Group, Writing Groups can meet at any DePaul campus on any day of the week, and a Writing Tutor will join to help facilitate the conversation. Additionally, anyone can join our standing Writing Groups in the suburban campuses. Request a writing group and get writing today!
