Congratulations to Carolyn Goffman for the publication of her new book
As Senior Lecturer in the Department of English, Professor Goffman specializes in postcolonial literature and theory. Her new book, Mary Mills Patrick’s Cosmopolitan Mission and the Constantinople Woman’s College (Lexington Books, 2020), follows Mary Mills Patrick, the president of the college for 34 years. The book explores decades of transformation (from 1870s to 1930s) as her life shifts professionally, personally, and religiously.
The book comes out this Friday, January 15th 2021.
