Authors Roxanne Gay and Ashley C. Ford, in conjunction with Harper Perennial, are compiling an anthology Not That Bad: Dispatches from Rape Culture. The collection focuses upon the often diminished experiences of victims and survivors of rape culture and sexual violence. They are accepting submissions 2,500 to 7,500 words in length. The literary magazine of Rowan University’s Master of Arts in Writing graduate program, Glassworks is now accepting submissions for their fall 2016 print issues. Glassworks publishes nonfiction, ficiton poetry, hybrid pieces, craft essays, new media, and art both digitally and in print. The deadline to submit is December 15, 2015. Submission guidelines can be found here. Glassworks also publishes flash fiction, prose poetry, and micro essays in their online edition Flash Glass Monthly which accepts submissions on a year-round rolling basis.

Chatterbox Audio Theater, a full-cast, dramatized podcast, is currently seeking scripts to produce in 2016. The submission deadline is November 15th. CRATE Literary Magazine now open for submissions to their next 2015 issue. They are looking for pieces of fiction, poetry, non-fiction, dramatic work, and visual art.
